The first place you’ve gotta run when visiting Portland is Forest Park. It’s got many fantastic trails and the one I visited for my long run on Monday was Leaf Erickson, although the ridge trail up to it is a little steep. Wednesday was my first workout and for that I used the track at…

6/6/2016 – 6/12/2016: Portland Track Festival

Want a Professional Runner to Talk at Your School?

Well if your school is with in a couple hours of Charlotte, NC then you’re in luck! Normally I focus on the mental aspects of running (preparation, training and racing) and the small things an athlete can do that when added together make a big difference. However, I always make sure to ask the coach if there is anything they’d would like me to focus on or a direction they’d like me to take.

Have your coach send me an email!
